Tiles are sold per box unless otherwise stated. The number of pieces in each box is shown on the product page.
Measure the length and width of the area and multiply them to get the total square meters. We recommend adding an allowance for cutting, breakage, and future repairs:
Standard layouts: add approximately 10%
Diagonal or patterned layouts: add approximately 15%
Complex layouts: consult your architect, designer, or installer
Yes, subject to availability. However, tiles produced in different batches may have slight shade or size variations. We strongly recommend ordering the complete required quantity, including allowance, at the same time.

Product Information
Many floor tiles may also be installed on walls, provided the wall structure, adhesive, and installation method can support their weight. Large-format and heavy tiles should be assessed by a qualified installer.
Only use a wall tile on the floor if the manufacturer specifically identifies it as suitable for flooring. Wall-only tiles may not have the required strength, wear resistance, or slip resistance for foot traffic.
For wet areas, choose tiles with an appropriate matte, textured surface. Suitability may vary depending on whether the tile will be used on a bathroom wall, dry floor, shower floor, or outdoor area.

Polished tiles may become slippery when wet. They are generally better suited for dry indoor areas. For bathrooms, outdoor spaces, and other wet areas, consider matte, textured, or slip-resistant tile options.
We make every effort to display product colors and patterns accurately. However, appearance may vary depending on lighting, screen settings, production batches, and the natural pattern variation of the tile.
We recommend viewing the actual product at a Floor Center branch when exact color matching is important.
Slight variations in shade, color, texture, and pattern are normal characteristics of ceramic and porcelain tiles. Some designs intentionally recreate the natural variation of marble, stone, concrete, or wood.
Check the shade and batch information before installation, and mix tiles from several boxes for a more balanced appearance.
Rectified tiles are mechanically cut after firing to create more precise edges and consistent dimensions. They can generally be installed with narrower grout joints of up to 1.5mm versus non-rectified tiles, where at least 3mm is recommended for grout joints.
Payment and Order Confirmation
The payment methods available for your order are payments via credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets (QRPH, GCash, Maya), installment options with Billease, and COD (cash on delivery). Availability for COD may vary depending on the location.
You will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided during checkout. Orders requiring payment verification or stock confirmation will be processed once the necessary checks are complete.
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests are subject to the order’s processing status. Changes may no longer be possible once the items have been prepared, transferred, dispatched, or delivered.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery availability, fees, and lead times depend on your location, product quantity, and the branch or warehouse fulfilling the order. Enter your address at checkout or contact us to confirm available delivery options.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination, order size, weight, and required vehicle. The applicable fee will be shown during checkout or confirmed before order processing.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on stock location, destination, order size, and scheduling availability. You will receive an estimated delivery schedule once your order has been confirmed. It takes about 3–5 days for Metro Manila transactions. Contact us for rush transactions.

Before acknowledging receipt:
Check the product name, size, quantity, shade, and batch details.
Inspect the boxes for visible damage.
Report any missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged items immediately.
Keep the products dry and properly stored until installation.
Do not install any item that appears incorrect or damaged.
Document the issue with clear photos or videos and contact Floor Center immediately. Keep the products, boxes, labels, delivery receipt, and proof of purchase while your concern is being reviewed.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to Floor Center’s applicable policy, product condition, proof of purchase, and review. Items must generally be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging. You may view our return policy here.
Installed, cut, altered, used, or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged. Installation is considered acceptance of the product’s appearance, shade, size, and condition.
Inspect and approve all materials before installation begins.
Tile Installation
No, we do not provide installation services.
Before installation:
Confirm the product code, size, shade, and batch.
Inspect the tiles under proper lighting.
Dry-lay several pieces to review the overall color and pattern.
Mix tiles from different boxes.
Check the planned layout and grout-joint width.
Report any concern before cutting or installing the tiles.
Grout joints are necessary to accommodate minor dimensional variation and movement. Butt-joint or zero-gap installation is not recommended. The appropriate joint width depends on the tile type, size, edge finish, substrate, and site conditions. Do not go below 1.5mm for rectified tiles or below 3mm for non-rectified tiles.
Use a properly prepared and level substrate, the correct adhesive, suitable troweling techniques, recommended grout joints, and an appropriate tile-leveling system. Large-format and plank tiles require careful layout and installation by an experienced professional. A 50% tile offset is not recommended.
